First of all — congrats! Getting pre-approved is a huge step in your homebuying journey 🎉

Now that you know your budget, here’s what to expect next:

1.

Start House Hunting (With Strategy)

Now’s the time to connect with your real estate agent (if you haven’t already). Look for homes within your approved range — and be realistic, but open-minded.

2.

Keep Your Finances Steady

Avoid big purchases, opening new credit cards, or making career changes. Your lender will re-verify things before closing, so consistency is key.

3.

Ask Questions

Don’t be afraid to check in with me at any point! I’m here to answer questions, adjust scenarios, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

4.

Be Ready to Act Fast

In this market, the right home might go quickly. Because you’re pre-approved, you’re in a strong position — so be ready to make an offer when it feels right.

Remember: pre-approval doesn’t mean pressure. It means power — the power to move when the time is right.

📲 Have questions? Want to review your numbers again? I’m here when you’re ready.
